Caring in Craigmillar

Caring in Craigmillar offers day support services to older and vulnerable members of the Greater Craigmillar community.

These services are offered Tuesday to Saturday each week. Service user are collected from their home and brought into the centre where they have tea, coffee, toast, biscuits etc on arrival.A programme of activities ie arts and crafts, gentle exercise, dominoes, bingo are available. Members have their lunch and remain in the centre until about 3.30pm when they are returned to their home. 

Clients are referred to C in C by social workers, health practitioners or family and there is a short waiting list.
